Guide :Sewing Machines : SE-270D Computerized Sewing Machine

Bobbin Problem My Brother SE-270D is brand new. I have made two simple dresses for my daughter and have logged maybe 2 hours doing so. As I started sewing a pair of bloomers, my bobbin started making a clicking sound every so often. The clicking sound grew more frequent as I continued. When I inspected the fabric of what I sewed, there are several loops in the thread on the bobbin side (the stitches on the top side looked fine). I took the bobbin out and put it back in several times, I changed the tension, none of that worked. A friend with much more experience than I said the machine is pulling too much thread through from the bobbin but she has no idea why. Any thoughts?
